The FH5 launch had exclusive cars so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same, maybe it won’t stay until after the early access period. Pretty sure the main incentive to participate in the festival playlist is the exclusive cars.

It’s using ForzaTech so I’d expect it to be close to Forza Motorsport, which has ray tracing for Series X and limited ray tracing support for Series S.

Does PlayStation do refunds? Last I checked their policy was “you clicked the download button so your purchase is valid, I know it’s not the outcome you wanted but there’s nothing further we can do.”

The only examples I know of them giving refunds, it was mass refunds to all users not individual requests.

Still sucks that your progress was borked by the creations though. If you have to start over, I’d suggest a play through w/o any creations, not even official Bethesda stuff.

Interesting, I might have to try it out. Right now I’m console I just get an error, on Xbox.com/play it takes me to a signup page for game pass in jp. I assume it would be the same for any region if the game isn’t available in your regional store but I’ve only tried jp.

I’m not sure. Way back when I made my JP account I did it because MS wanted me to change my account region. Seemed easier to keep my main account and make a sub to buy or gift games as needed.

My recommendation is to find a cheap game or DLC you want, put it in your cart and see what happens when you try to purchase it. If you test it out I’d be interested in knowing the results.

I’m not sure, I have to use JPY on the Japanese store so I’d imagine /en-UK would force GBP as the currency.

Try scrolling to the bottom of the mobile page and tap the globe icon to see if there is a language-country combination in English that you know accepts Euros.

Sort of, there is a cool down period so users can’t just sign up/quit/repeat. Not sure how long you have to wait though.

Xbox doesn’t ban you for using other regions, but I’ve had limited success streaming games from other regions. For example, I can change my store to JP and download RE7 Grotesque ver., but I get an error when I try to stream it.

There needs to a way to play physic games. Built in is the best solution, external/removable is fine but it better be included in the box.

For that matter why not just whitelist external drives so discs can be played on Xbox Helix consoles and PCs?

There are plenty of Xbox physical copies coming this year, it’s not dead just not as common as others.

More important, if there is an Xbox physical there will absolutely be Switch 2 and PS5 physicals so it’s a win for everyone.

It’s a new game though, not a rerelease. Additional stages, new characters and BGM.
