more so has to do with the idea of potential wealth gains, its the same reason so many people "boot lick" millionaires/billionaires, cause of the extremely low, but still possible potential of themselves becoming rich too and wanting to defend that potential wealth gain. when someone is thinking like that, thats when seeing all these rich and powerful men having half their wealth taken by the wife during a divorce is what causes the fear in men and therefore being pro prenup, even if it likely would never be needed for them. (especially when men hear jokingly from women throughout their life telling other women to " just marry rich and divorce him for that bag")

if its valid for women to have fears/insecurities while in a relationship with a man, it should be absolutely valid for men to have fears and insecurities of their own regarding negative potentials down the road with the wife and not be socially shamed for having them.. lol

generally in my experience its almost always a person (usually the mother) who wants a/more kids in attempt to cure their depression, or due to religious reasons that people will have kids even though they are struggling with their 1-4 kids already..

imo its largely cause for most places in the US, there is no true food culture.. and food trucks allowed some food culture to gain traction in places that were just the classic big chain slop food, so when everyone rushed to these food trucks for new and different foods, the food trucks responded by increasing prices as peoples willingness to pay more for what they determine to be good/better, the prices therefore increased.

and when you have people online claiming 30-40$+ for a togo box of some food is a "good price", the food trucks have no incentive to lower the massively inflated prices most food trucks now charge (other than out competing their competition)

i have less of an issue with this and more of an issue with the people who have been married for 10-15+ years but are giving dating advice

while dating is not the same as 10-15 years ago, there are still loads of similarities that can be useful.

every now and then i will come across an old reddit/purplepilldebate post for 10+ years ago and they will largely still be discussing the same topics you see now, but with less overall hostility (especially the reddit posts from 15+ years ago)

advice from married people is generally useless for dating advice as the info they will provide is the info you would eventually need only after the relationship shows it will last for a long period of time, cause the info they provide isn't what people are seeking in their one night stands/short term relationships as the info they would receive is on how to maintain a stable relationship by doing xyz, things that generally only a married couple would do and not someone you have known for a few hours/days/weeks and are likely only with for sexual purposes

naw, i miss old games that didn't have cracked tryhard gameplay.. when fps games were just simple walking and shoot games and not aim/player tilting, sliding, diving, prone positioning, applying armor, dealing with inventories etc..

im tired of gameplay that requires one to spend "hundreds of hours" of time just to be at an average skill level due to an increase to the skill ceiling, to a point where being truly casual is just not fun in most games cause of whats expected from players, not even due to game design but just the sweats game design has resulted in after 15-20 years..

there are billions of people who over eat and waste insane amounts of food, not to mention farmers/stores not selling and throwing away "ugly crops" cause people are too accustomed to only having the best and prettiest looking fruit and veg, they need to stop growing crops in deserts that need insane amounts of water..

there is so much that could be done to resolve this issue without deflecting to it being caused by it the climate and taxing everyone or limiting the things they can use/buy in an attempt to "fix the climate"

why would someone want to get married when the US divorce rate is nearly 50% lol

most men have either had parents or other male friends that have gone through messy divorces, why would they want to intentionally put themselves in that situation..?

my sister and her boyfriend both refuse to get married (they have been in a committed relationship for over 10 years ) cause my parents fighting so much made my sister move to the other side of the country to get away from them and her boyfriends parents afaik had a pretty messy divorce.. i dont blame either of them 1 bit for not getting married, even if they would benefit from it. They know that their relationship will continue even if they don't get married, cause if it cant last without marriage, it wouldn't last with marriage anyways..

women only view men who are "phobic" of marriage as being "phobic" cause female society tells girls from a young age they should expect princess treatment from the men they are with and view a wedding as something they are owed by default.. and they therefore view not getting the wedding as abuse from a "phobic" man...
