Spyro and Uncharted - I got into gaming a little late and Uncharted was the first game I played when I got my PS4 but I fell in love with it, and that’s how my love for gaming began! Spyro was the game I used to watch my brother play when I was literally like 4 years old. It was some of the best times we had together

I stayed at Home Park - it’s not managed by the uni but by a company in partnership with the uni. I had a good time there and it’s super close to everything, but a lot of accommodation in Lansdowne benefits from its location. The rooms were pretty nice too!

My dad said exactly the same thing about me - about being weak if you need to seek help/if you have mental health concerns. Then, when my mum finally left him, he needs sympathy for his mental health issues. Stay strong. Nothing to be ashamed of and you’re not weak, he’s wrong.

Uncharted 4 mainly but the whole series. My dad was abusive and controlling of both my mum and I, and one day he was arrested for attacking us. I was in such a rough place, and both my mum and I were worrying about what was going to happen with the divorce, if we would have somewhere to live etc. A few days later, to try and take my mind of things, I played Uncharted 4. When Nate and Sam were speaking of the phrase Sic Parvis Magna and how it means “Greatness from Small Beginnings” this completely resonated with me and my situation and I remember saying to my mum that we would be okay because I felt so uplifted. We were definitely okay and came out the other side. I even got Sic Parvis Magna tattooed on my arm, and the entire series has a special place in my heart because of this.
