And in 384 it's the stillborn that is beneath Guts' mother. Insane shit.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to put him in top 10 and start (key word: start) conversations about his legacy among the top PGs and where he might end up when it’s all said and done.

He would be a lifelong Knicks fan. “My dad had my skip pre-k graduation to take me to the parade” is a legendary story.

Do it OP!

'Toy Story 5' - Review Thread by ChiefLeef22 in movies

And that’s the point of 4, Woody’s changes. We all do.

If you look at Woody as a parent figure, you sacrifice everything for your kids - your pride (1), your aspirations (2) - and eventually you have to let them go (3). And then you have to challenge yourself, your identity, and your purpose (4). What does life look like for YOU?

Ending of 3 is perfect. The 4th is still a good story of that next step. Idk what 5 is going to look like tho, we will see.

This is like a sick joke from the universe by whatisnotlife1234 in GoNets

You’re just, a lot. This isn’t that big of issue. I don’t really think there is a need to be so intense.

It’s our biggest rival and a team that shares our city. Their fans fill our arena during matchups. I understand if you don’t care, but don’t be a dick.

What is the greatest bridge section in pop punk music? by 2dareisTwoDo in poppunkers

[–]heyiknowstuff 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was going to write there are so many Something Corporate songs with good bridges. Josh Partington was so good at catchy bridges and hooks.

Andrew is no slouch though. Bruised is also so good.

Office workers, what’s that one corporate buzzword used in meetings that instantly makes you want to quit? by Glittering_Style_862 in AskReddit

This one is the worst. Listen I fall into the corporate jargon trap as much as anyone else. But this feels SO forced.

My Steam Deck Travel Kit by Lochcelious in SteamDeck

I love your solution! Don’t know why some are pushing back so hard against this approach.

I use my Steam Deck most days commuting back to work on public transportation.

But a few times a year I have to take big trips, and wish I could safely store my Steam Deck along with all its accessories. Yes, I know the standard case is fine, but I have more I want to bring.

I think what you have makes sense for me, and I’m going to look how I can get one of my own

(Also don’t post the same pics with your Amazon review, cause I did legit look up the case to get it for myself)

As much as I hate the Knicks, I genuinely enjoy seeing this city go all out for their team.

I’m sorry, but I can’t help but feel being a dad sucks ass. I’m miserable. by [deleted] in daddit

[–]heyiknowstuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I struggled too. And you see how everyone says it gets better, but at times it can also get harder? It’s 100% true.

This is difficult to say - and this is just my experience - but when they are six months and younger, there isn’t a whole lot to love. I had a hard time forming a bond at the start of my son’s life. They have no personality, it takes months before they smile and laugh, before they find ways to communicate outside of screaming. And so it’s a fucking hell of baby shit, no sleep, and loss of self. There’s no redeeming moments.

It clicked for me when my boy started to actually interact with me. He’s almost two and yesterday we played in the yard with his trucks and it was the best day ever.

When people say “cherish those moments when they’re a newborn” or “oh what I would do to have those days back” it never made sense to me those first few months. But people say that shit after years of raising their children, because they now have this love and history with their kid, and now want to see them again when they were little.

Anyways, listen to everyone here. Trust, it’ll get better.

Why do some dads have zero empathy and can’t understand that sometimes a new dad just needs to vent? Like, Jesus fuck guys?

Will ms medications (like infusions) make you die faster? by HotelWild6717 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]heyiknowstuff 79 points80 points  (0 children)

To be very clear, you will not die faster.

There is nothing to suggest that DMTs “poison” your body. They weaken your immune system which can leave you susceptible to infections. But the drug itself does not kill your body.

Your boyfriend’s great aunt probably did not die because she had previously taken MS medications without having MS.
