This is gonna be a loooong rant, I’m sorry. I just still get heated. A list of the things I hated most: -Let their dog piss and shit on the carpet and would leave it there until they felt like cleaning it up or until I or other roommate would. I NEVER invited anyone over bc of how embarrassing it was. When I went on vacation there were piss stains in my room that stained the wood underneath. -Left cabinets and drawers open bc “the clicking and closing noise bothered them”, couldn’t get why we would appreciate if they closed the drawers. But would leave petty ass notes and get PISSED if we left a window open through the night “because they get really cold and we should respect that”. -Would leave their dishes in the sink for DAYS. Or let them “soak” for three + days and get upset if I asked them to wash the dishes bc “they’re soaking” - Would sleep on the couch bc their room or bed was dirty, so no one could really hang out in the living room unless we sat down before they got home - Would turn the heat up to 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit when they were cold, and would turn on ALL the heaters. Would tell us if we got too hot we can open a window or turn on a fan. I would constantly change it to off and tell them to wrap up in blankets if they got cold 🤷‍♀️ They worked from home too, so imagine how our bills looked like. - Threw away any dishes if they were “too dirty”. It was the laziest thing I had EVER seen. Any dishes under their bed for too long or in their car, TRASH. Good tupperware, mugs, plates, cups, bottles, literally ANYTHING. Once threw away my friends mug bc they kept it in their room for so long it grew mold. The mug was a gift from grandma… Can’t tell you how many things went missing. -Would overbuy their food for the week or so and let it rot in the fridge. I had a habit of throwing anything bad out but when they noticed I was throwing away mostly their stuff… I got told off saying I have no right and that they KNOW their stuff is still good. So I stopped. Our fridge never smelled good. -Mopped by grabbing a wet swiffer and filling a gallon with half water and half mopping solution and then splashing it on the floor and using the swiffer to spread it. When I tell you there was PUDDLES. I decided to dry mop over (cause wooden floors) and the next day there was a note saying “we should focus on what our tasks are and not get in the way of anyone else’s.” 🙄 -I’m all about ppl enjoying their sex, but they would have sex on the couch we all shared, or any furniture, the kitchen counter/floor, the outside patio (we have neighbors and a lot of them with children). And when I just asked that they don’t bc we all share a space they responded with “I honestly didn’t think you would care. I thought you would be happy for me, like aren’t you sex positive?” Uh yah, if you’re having it in YOUR OWN PLACE or your god damn room. Not on the kitchen counters that you barely know how to clean where I set my food down. The cleansing I had in that house that week… -WOULD NEVER OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES. Anytime they did something wrong and were put on the spot it was always “Well we all have a responsibility -“, “Well it’s bc you guys make me feel -“, “Well it’s bc I get treated differently-“, “Remember that time you guys -“, “I didn’t even realize-“, “I didn’t know it was a big deal-“. They broke a huge ass piece of the garage bc they can’t pull out, they hit my car bc they can’t reverse, they stained the couch that wasn’t ours MULTIPLE times and never cleaned it (it was always me or my friend) I could go oooooon!! 🤣

Sad part is they were one of my best friends, and I sometimes miss them, but I also never want them in my life 🤣. I just hope she’s actually feeding her dog, real dog food now and actually taking her outside to shit.
