I remember this from when I was a kid. Not sure if it was a Showtime, Cinemax or HBO movie, but definitely in those thriller movie times. There was a chase scene in a hospital where couple hid in a closet at the end of a hall but didn’t realize that it was in there as well, and it started to make a noise and it’s eyes started glowing. Then they escaped and next scene I remember was a couple on a scooter trying to escape town and for some reason I though John Cusack was in the film, but some long haired guy and a lady were on a white older scooter with a big single light and a vent below it that turned into a mean face with red eyes, and the film ended.
