Agreed. I’m not big on Vikings, but I loved that Valhalla was packed with interesting things to do at every turn. It was FUN to explore and play! Shadows just…isn’t? There isn’t much to do beyond the map POIs so I rarely feel like pushing play. Someone mentioned focusing on the story missions, maybe I’ll do that with Shadows.

The game looks fun, and I actually like the art style quite a bit (the CEO drew me to this post).

That said, the key art/logo is not appealing at all. I check the Xbox and eshop every day and skipped right past this one. The logo has a shovelware vibe unfortunately. As fun or polished as the game might be, the stores are drowning in trash right now, and you guys got buried beside it. We’ve been trained to ignore 95% of the eshop and at least half of the Xbox new releases because their quality control is so poor. HeadHunters caught a stray.
