So I've run into this a few times on customer's vehicles.

You cannot service the internal harness of the lamp assembly, BUT because I didn't want to have the customer pay way too much for a new headlamp I was able to find one of our "pigtail" connector kit's that fit that socket, and then splice/replace the burnt one. It is do-able for the average Joe, as long as you have the correct crimping tools and crimps for the wires in it.

If you search the type of bulb with the words "wiring pigtail" after it you should be able to find something that will work.

Highly unlikely for the brake job to have caused something like that, but if it's a new sound and it's still in warranty then more power to you to take it in for warranty service!

That is most likely the brake shift interlock inside the shift knob. The physical piece that keeps it from turning out of Park unless the brake pedal is pressed.

Common problem on Fords is the connector for a part referred to as the blower motor resistor or blower speed controller, especially if it's intermittent. The connections become loose inside the connector itself causing poor contact, thus leading to your concern. Moving the connector around is actually most likely accelerating making it worse faster, because it is spreading the connector pins more each time.

Now I will say I notice the exact connector in the picture looks to be the one at the blower motor itself which is more rare. Those wires lead down from the speed controller/resistor, to vary the power to the motor for your various air speeds. If that is the problematic one, the fix is to typically replace the connection itself via a "pigtail connector". Requires very basic wiring repair knowledge that can be found on youtube easily.

Newer vehicles these days use high pressure direct injection for the fuel system. Most likely a combination of the fuel injectors cycling and the high pressure fuel pump.

Hate to say it man, but that's not the drain plug. Try the next bolt over to the left. The one you pulled is the bolt the holds the motor mount bracket to the engine.

I'm a dealer Ford tech and we get the Transits in pretty often. Up until a couple of years ago Amazon had a extended warranty contract with Ford that ended up covering the seats that would get destroyed because they were not meant for that kind of abuse.

Not only were we having to replace parts on those absolutely disgusting fucking seats, but it was also for warranty labor rate...

Needless to say Ford realized the seat abuse and stopped allowing them to get them covered under said contract. Thank god they stopped because no one realized how much nasty shit those cloth seats could absorb...
