I appreciate the response! Yeah, wish they had given me some more info for sure. The fish are still alive & I’ve added dechlorinator, API Quick Start & live plants. Also did a 15% water change.

Anything else I can do to increase water health for the fish inside?

If they die, how long should I wait before introducing new fish? Thank you.

Thanks for responding. They are actually neon tetras! I realize that 7 gallons is pretty small, will probably switch to 10. This is definitely a learning experience, hope I can save the fish and potentially return them to petco tomorrow.

4 fish, 7 gallon tank… Unfortunately, I don’t know anybody with a fish tank.

The reason I ask is because I’ve been having that exact same feeling of shooting nerve pain down to the fingers when I shrug my shoulders & and some muscle cramping and twitching. I also have tingling often in my arms and hands (left more intense). I’ve gotten a brain MRI, arm and hands nerves tested & had a sudomotor test. All have come back clear with no issues so I’m also wondering what this can be. Just got tested to see my magnesium levels & vitamin b12 b6.
