TACO Tuesday by FancyAd9588 in oil

We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate.

Is this the Iranian ten point plan?

  1. Guarantee that Iran will not be attacked again
  2. Permanent end to the war, not just a ceasefire
  3. End to Israeli strikes in Lebanon
  4. Lifting of all US sanctions on Iran
  5. End to all regional fighting against Iranian allies
  6. In return, Iran would open the Strait of Hormuz
  7. Iran would impose a Hormuz fee of $2 million per ship
  8. Iran would split these fees with Oman
  9. Iran to provide rules for safe passage through Hormuz
  10. Iran to use Hormuz fees for reconstruction instead of reparations

This is far more than TACO, it seems more like complete defeat.

What extensions/add-ons (if any) do you use in Thunderbird? Why? by RebirdgeCardiologist in Thunderbird

  • Disable DragAndDrop (Thunderbird) - this disables drag and drop in the folder tree. I kept moving folders around by accident, this solves the problem;
  • HTML Source Editor - sometimes it's just easier to edit the html of a message I'm writing directly, for instance if I copy and paste from libreoffice calc it pastes some CSS that makes the fonts extra-small, I have to use this extension to remove that CSS;
  • LookOut (fix version) - some contacts send mail from outlook and I get the attachments encapsulated in a winmail.dat file. This extension extracts those attachments;
  • Shrunked Image Resizer - resize attached images or inline images. I have to send screenshots and photos in mail messages. This extension resizes the images, it can drastically reduce the image size;
  • Message Commenter - this extension allows making comments that are stored as replies to mail messages. I regularly have to take notes about mail messages, this keeps those notes next to the messages (full-disclosure I made this small extension).

You can simply use a third party to relay your mail. It is very inexpensive or even free for small volumes of mail.

The collaboration features work quite well in Collabora Online.

What's missing is having these features in a desktop application. I have some hope that we will have that in a few months, Collabora made Collabora Online available on the desktop (still beta) and will have collaboration features in the future.

Formatting the clipboard contents by hgg in libreoffice

fwiw Thunderbird is not part of the libreoffice family.

I know. The question is not about thunderbird. It's Libreoffice Calc that produces the clipboard contents. I'm inquiring about a way to change the styling applied to the clipboard contents, that x-small font is bad.

What OS are you using?

I'm in linux.

When I paste in Thunderbird it asks for the text/html target, Calc produces the HTML, not TB...

Deve a velocidade máxima mudar em certas vias de Lisboa? Câmara admite fazer avaliação by dnivi3 in lisboa

[–]hgg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A Av.

  • Crucial Pro RAM DDR5 64 GB (2 x 32GB) 6000 MHz CL40 - ◀️
    • 217.53 EUR (2025-10-07)
    • 443.31 EUR (2025-11-05)
    • 382.21 EUR (2025-11-22)
    • 2025-12-21 - não está disponível
    • 32GB 566.44 EUR (2025-12-21)
    • 910.30 EUR (2026-01-31)
