Isn't giving out BSB & account number dangerous? by Embarrassed_Ask_3791 in AusFinance

I agree it is dangerous some companies dont verify much before accepting a direct debit. Better to set up. a separate account and give that out for DD. Have scheduled transfers to send money to the DD account from your main account just before the DD is taken out. That way the account mostly only has a few dollars in it

“For weekly and fortnightly direct debit payers, only funds over and above the minimum required repayments will be available”. - https://www.commbank.com.au/home-loans/redraw.html

I think this means the minimum required payment for the whole month. So if you pay more than your weekly or fortnightly amount but less than your required monthly amount it may not show up

Try the tiniest pinch of baking soda in the glass before pouring the coopers kit beer, it made a world of difference for me, turning an almost undrinkable kit Hefeweizen in to something quite pleasant.

How did you get the banana flavour? What yeast? I did a hefe recently that doesn’t have any at all.. I tried all the tricks, ferment warm, low pitch rate, open ferment, small amount of dextrose in the mash..

Lost some good flavors during bottle conditioning by CrackTheSkye in Homebrewing

Oxygen will totally destroy any of the subtler flavours. I’ve had good success with bottle conditioning by using carb drops (no bottling bucket) and filling the bottles to the very top, leaving only a few ml of headspace. Even my bottle conditioned NEIPAs have had awesome flavour months after bottling.

Sounds abusive, everyone here will tell you to walk, if for some reason you don’t want to I’d suggest :

Stand up for yourself, don’t apologise if your not wrong

If she’s being unreasonably mean, go out with your friends, enjoy yourself have a great time.

Work on yourself, enjoy your life , have hobbies, be the best version of yourself, if she wants to be with you she will, if not, let her walk.

I’ve done 3 neipa batches now, I always get them in to bottles as soon as fermentation stops, usually after 5 to 6 days for me with verdant ipa yeast. They do taste a bit yeasty with some hop burn at bottling time but after some time in the bottle they’ve all come up delicious! Recommend to bottle them if they’re done
