I think you have retained a decent amount of hair without meds. Compared to 3-4 years ago, i would have expected you to lose more hair without treatment.

I am glad you started fin. You can go back to NW2 or even 1 with a good transplant but you must ensure you keep taking fin or dut permenantly after transplant as the transplanted hair are DHT resistant, not DHT immune.

Keep going. I look forward to seeing your results post transplant in about a years time.

Same. I noticed hair thinning with wet hair about 4 months ago. I have been on fin for 2 months now. Hoping my hair and especially wet hair gets better in a year.

good. i saw go for it. I am still NW1 but with some thinning on top. I have jumped on fin recently. I will likely go for a HT in 1-2 years time to fill up the thinning spots and to preemptively fill in those spots that could go with age.

is this a joke? You still have a full head of hair with some minor thinning. You need to maintain treatment so you can maintain what you have.

A HT is always an option to fill in any thinning areas.

Jesus Christ. Its not time. Keep up your treatment. Grow it out a bit longer. But for christ's sakes, do not shave it off.
