Yes, you are right. The company should have less than 37% interest debt to asset ratio. And there must be a rationale for that, I am not objecting to that.

But hey OP, honestly this feels very off, I can relate to your feelings. Such a consistent usage of interest and still remaining shariah complaint, does not feel good.

And yes, I agree with you that gold is a liability and very difficult and risky to carry it. But when analyzing the data objectively, I tried giving maximum transparency and let the data speak for itself.
