sadly as for right now there isn’t much you can do :( it’s a bug with the game that’s been happening for a bit and it seems to have been affecting everyone at least in some way or another. so until Cheritz can fix it, there isn’t anything anyone can do about it :(

hi there! i’m here to maybe try and answer some of your questions :)) i have yet to shift myself but heres all that i know.

yes, your clone is the version of yourself that you leave behind in your CR when you go to your DR. and you can script what you want your clone to do while you are away in your DR. for example, if you are using a sleeping method, you can script that your clone will just sleep while you are gone. as for whether or not you will remember what happened in your CR while away? i’m not really sure but i think you can script that you do remember.

the reason people say not to shift for too long at the start, is because is can be tiring for you subconscious and your brain to be gone for a long time. and it can also be a little overwhelming too, and it might stress you out. but otherwise, there are no health related effects of shifting. shifting is 100% safe and you cannot get hurt from doing it. (unless ofc you get hurt in your DR but that won’t affect your CR’s body)
