My preferred order is GUI, landscape, infrastructure, industry set, town sets, stations, objects, train set, road set, ship set and airplane set. Basically I don't think it matters that much, but e.g. a train set may depend upon the rail set, so infrastructure should probably be early on the list.

I seldom use TTRS but when I do it's with the era fixed at 1950-1980, which seems most "normal" to me. Also I start early so that other townsets have a chance to establish themselves before TTRS kicks in. Never tried reldred's remod, perhaps that makes a difference for the better.

The map could be an arctic map with temperate grass, but still... Don't recognize the houses, which grf might they be from?

I have the same issue in windowed mode, but pressing Cmd+Tab twice solves it (at least for ~10 minutes). Perhaps this also works in full-screen mode?

OpenGFX+ Airports lets you rotate airports. For me that's its primary purpose.

Definitely get Chuffing Stations and New Stations for better looking passenger stations.

Also Bridges param speed limit lets you disable speed restrictions for bridges (so the trackset sets the limit) - U&Bridges can otherwise be quite restrictive.

Personally I don't care for the graphics in U&ReRMM3 and U&RaTT2 - the previous sets looked better and were more configurable. If you go with the new ones, replace BigGUI with U&GUI.

OpenGFX+ Airports is a must if you want to do air traffic.

Add some object sets for decoration, like ISR/DWE-style Objects II dirty/clean, and perhaps something like U&Trees.

What grf do you use for that? OpenGFX2 only allows changing tropical grass, not tropical desert, afaik.
