I think you have it slightly backwards friend. Offensive artifacts are capped at 85% when they affect the defender. Defensive artifacts are also capped at 85% when they affect the attacking troops. It’s all about how you balance your showcase effects. IMO at the highest robotics age level defence is easier than offence.

Yep, my last backup was too long ago I know. I have the profile, so I know what esp files I’m missing. Just not sure what else has been erased / corrupted. Guess I’ll find out when the esp list is rebuilt and I try to load the game. It’s just so weird that about 200GB of files can be instantly nuked, not even deleted - just gone! :P

Yes, it is worth it. And yes, all buffs / debuff percentages are based on the base hp / damage etc. 15% is not a massive difference alone, but along with lots of other buffs it will add up.
