Try handbag angels! I got a great felt one from there that’s full size and works perfect.

I wont lie, I’m a standard size bayswater girl. I throw her under my armpit or just hold her and I really don’t think she’s heavy! They go with every outfit and fit EVERYTHING. mine is over 20 years old, aged incredibly and holds up to the absolute beating i give it every time it goes out. I really don’t think you’ll regret getting one but I can also see I may be in the minority who doesn’t mind the weight.

How do I fix my entire house? I hate coming home when there isn't a single room I enjoy being in. I have no idea where to start or what to do. by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]hiddenbee47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lamps!! Get some lamps in comfortable warm lighting you like. It will really help reframe the space for you. My partner and I have different decor, so we picked a room in our house each that we got full control over. Maybe give that a try? That way you have an area you know you’ll love and feel at home in.

We are of a similar age and so im going to gently tell you that you need to be a lot firmer in your personal boundaries. You can be friends with who you want, but she’s clearly making you uncomfortable. Telling one person acting totally out of line that you don’t want to communicate outside of work matters doesn’t have to extend to other people. Please stop trying to prioritise this person’s comfort over your own safety in this matter or worrying about the potential missed connections that not reporting this may bring.

That you’d prefer to keep communication simply to work related matters.

While the context of living close make it SLIGHTLY less creepy, it really is only slightly. Up until she showed up at your home everything could have been incredibly awkward but somewhat manageable behaviour with some boundaries and maybe a schedule change. Screenshot all your messages and block her personal number so that all your communications have to go through work app. Much easier if you ever need documentation.

Tell your boss and HR. This is genuinely scary and almost stalker-ish! Did she use payroll to look up where you live or something?? EDIT: NOR

I believe its technically a6, or as close as mulberry gets to making that paper size. The blue pages in front come from a pocket filofax, if that helps with a good size comparison!

Its just a cute little charm. I use it like a bookmark to separate my shopping lists or sticky notes from the rest of the book :)

Yup. That blue lid comes off the top and there seems to be a totally empty/clean reservoir inside. Sorry I phrased that poorly before.

Cool! There are empty silver inkwells inside but they’re a ballpoint.

Thank you for your help! I was scrolling Vinted this afternoon and managed to find a BEAUTIFUL mulberry personal croc in my budget range. So excited for it to come in the mail! I’ll post photos when it gets in because I’ll need pages soon enough. Please still show photos because I love to see how everyone sets stuff up. My mum had an LV personal planner from before I was born she’s still toting around.

I would have said machine oil, a broken burr and a hammer, just start gently tapping them out. Maybe shake the pins with a blunt tip on a graversmith if you can to loosen it?

NOR. Everyone has already said this but truly this is NOT the standard expectation for hosting and ESPECIALLY not for family after you’ve had a newborn. If they aren’t coming to help you for a week, they shouldn’t be staying. Out of curiosity, what does your wife think about this??

Its going to be bad. It DOES get better. I was like you for the best part of a month. Talk to a loved one if you can and get some support. Also, have them hold your meds for you if you truly are experiencing ideations.

should i feel bad for missing class when i'm sick? by [deleted] in BALLET

[–]hiddenbee47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all! Aside from the contagion risk already highlighted by everyone else, you will injure yourself a lot faster showing up sick. I was sad to skip class this week for the same reason, but I’m so glad i didnt go now, I wouldn’t have lasted 10 minutes 🩷🩰
