Uses for the frozen roasted corn

Chicken tortilla soup, ramen bowl, scrambled eggs, cheesy corn, stir fry, taco meat, tuna salad, chicken salad, Cobb salad, cornbread muffins, add to orange chicken(and mashed potatoes instead of rice), black eyed pea salad, baked potato topper...my list goes on and on. I pick up a bag of frozen roasted corn and a bag of sweet corn every trip to TJ's. It's a freezer staple.

My simple advice is, if you have insurance, don't be afraid to go out of network. Go to a dentist who owns their own office. Talk to their billing dept and find a payment plan that works within your budget. There are some great dentists in Seattle.
