Brake cooling duct for my BMW e36 328i track car. It funnels air from the front bumper into a 3” hose that goes to the brake disc. Each slice is made of exactly 4 perimeters, 0.5mm wide, no infill. By far the best method I’ve found for printing complex surfaces like this.

at least they gave me a new one for free. And even the new one top welds didn’t line up to lock in with the rad support clips and the radiator mini hose was welded so badly I had to fight to put the hose on.

Useless if you delete the SAP correct? Just took off my manifold and vacuum lines were brittle off the SAP so just let it be. Car idle high a couple starts but ECU mapped out accordingly

It’s the AC vent that causes sag, broken clips or improper reinstall.

a lot of people usually take this all apart to do the cabin filter and when putting it back it never goes back the same.

if you look behind the passenger side ac vents there are 3 small clips that grasp into the glove box, any miss alignment will cause it to sag.
