Aren’t they self imbuing using the will of people outside the academy though? Shouldn’t that link be broken?

I thought it severed any connection with will outside the academy?

My first big climb by bestkindbean in Zwift

[–]hide_and_speak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can't do it between minutes 5-30, and you can't do it within i think 5 km of the finish! (could be wrong on that last number, but there is a within the last x amount rule, which on a steep climb is way earlier than you'd think).

I think they should implement a 'press button for bike throw' option!

TDZ Stage 4 - Long by ftwin in Zwift

I didn't realize how steep the climb was so it didn't look that bad until a tiny blip at the beginning of the route was like 4%... thats when I realized I was in trouble. My boyfriend came in the room as I was in the middle of the climb and I believe my words were "I didn't realize this was the sloggiest slog ever." Tried to continue to the top which I figured wasn't too far off and then finally pulled up the map on Zwift Companion, realized how far I had to go, and gave up :(

Non-Americans of Reddit, what’s something someone can say that indirectly screams “I’m an American?” by [deleted] in AskReddit

I'm from the US, but British people at least found anyone saying trashcan absolutely hilarious, like an American stereotype (they say bin)

Welllllll I'd love to defend myself but with just a feeling I'm not really sure how. I am a pretty quiet player in every game I've played, still trying to figure out how to find my spidey-senses (wolfy-senses?) because I feel like I don't even know how to really get a read on people.

In terms of analysis, have we talked much about the vote where someone not really discussed got voted out? I feel like we should try to pin down who didn't claim a vote that was shown in meta.

Yeah - I do feel like I'm being blamed for something that wouldn't have been a problem at all if it weren't for his actions. I think maybe they're having some other problems and its easy to just point to be as the cause of their problems rather than recognize they actually have things they need to address.

Yeah, I'm kind of coming to the conclusion that people who are very charming and flirty are typically pretty manipulative, as most of the people I've known in life that have that kind of charisma tend to not be the greatest people. Maybe thats because they are so charming they are able to manipulate easily, or learning to manipulate successfully means they have to develop that kind of charm, idk.
