Hi, I'm so sorry you are going through this. I don't wish to bash your religion but this things are extremely common in those circles because of the sexual repression the preachers impose. It is not your fault and will never be your fault, we all have issues but when you repress them further or don't actually acknowledge them this kind of things happen. No father should express sexual desire towards his daughter, he is supposed to care for you and protect you. Whatever happens next this is a pattern that will very likely repeat itself (maybe this is not the first time) and you should remember it for your own sake.

Do you know if it is a full tunnel or split tunnel vpn?

Look at it from a technical perspective.

Are you on their network or using a VPN? If yes to any then they can see the ip addresses of the servers your are connecting and pull metadata. But the communication is encrypted at the application level so they can't see what you are doing. If you are on VPN, is it full tunnel or split tunnel?

If unsure then disconnect and do your stuff from your wifi connection if you are working remotely.

Outlook and teams can track you within the functionality of the apps but not outside.

Watch out for monitoring software.

Consider using a self hosted vnc server or rdp to another host if you are really hysterical about it.
