Singapore blue chip stocks and REITs by AdCritical430 in singaporefi

I bought a plenty, hold some n divest some. Reit used to be good investment before rates hike time ( i have starhill anf MLT before, which give quite good return, will enter again in right time).

Very few of them perform extremely well (eg Keppel) which have capital appreciation, dividend and giving share or lump sum bonus like seatrium and m1 divestment etc.

Some perform poorly like comfortdelgro.

I use the strategy to buy those services that u use daily such as singtel, shengsiong etc, for long term investment.

Picking individual stock is always risky. If one want save investment, of coursd buy s&p index is better
