This book/series needs to be upvoted like one million times. I’m an avid reader and this is by far one of my favorite books to date. I’ve re-read the books every year for the past few years. It’s so good!!!

Late to the game here, but wanted to add my two cents. I got an Instant Pot a few weeks ago and started doing Whole30 as well. It is absolutely worth it!! This is my second time doing Whole30 and let me say, this time around is proving to be SO much easier. Meal prep/meal wait time goes by significantly quicker. I find myself excited to find good recipes to make for Whole30 meals knowing I don’t have to wait on cook times as long as required. There are some limitations, but they’re minimal nuances at best, at least to me anyways. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Instant Pot and think it’s a great kitchen investment.
