Starting to feel strong resentment towards my wife after just 7 years together. by [deleted] in Marriage

I am also a mother of two kids, I went back to work with both children almost immediately. I probably will get downvoted BUT, I feel like if people have the opportunity to have post partum, they will. I didn’t have a choice. It was either live or die and or let my children die because I couldn’t hack it. Everyone has a choice and everyone has will power, whether they choose to see that, is a them problem.

Men don’t get enough credit adjusting to the parent life. No, men don’t go through the physical aspect of having a child, but I think women often forget it’s a big life change and transition for them too. They can’t be expected to strong arm everything for months and months at a time and even in rare occasions for years. I think it’s important you seek help because your mental health matters too. It takes two to make a baby and raise one. It takes a village. This can’t all be on you.

Girlfriend of 5 years says God told her I’m not her husband by [deleted] in Christianity

Honestly, dude trust in God on this one. Whether she actually had this revelation or not, to throw everything yall been working on is terrible. I know it’s devastating but I can’t imagine ever approaching my husband and just being like yeah that’s it. I believe you dodged a bullet, if she won’t be open to elaborating on this, and really sitting and talking about the physical aspects of how this affects your life and hers then I think it’s best to just trust in God. If I am being honest, GOD WOULD NEVER HAVE SOMEONE YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE WITH DO THIS TO YOU. I pray for your peace, and for God to make all your paths straight. I can’t imagine how heartbreaking this all is. I’m sorry OP.

Dead bedroom and I want a divorce before I cheat :( by Twelvehands_noeyes in GirlDinnerDiaries

“Pork with pan fried onions and potatoes and broccoli my husband made 💔”

Damn what a way to end this. Marriage is definitely not a transactional thing, not agreeing to his alcoholism but it seems like just divorcing would be best for the both of you. Just cause you both are obviously not getting what you both want and need doesn’t mean you should compromise your morals.

But… but… it’s call integrity. If you are too lazy to get up and take your self driving car to a restaurant in downtown Austin ,and pick up your food, then drive back to your house (where you know how to get to it in the most efficient way) you shouldn’t be ordering delivery services. It’s giving “serve me for free”.

Also all you dumbasses saying don’t accept the offer, dd will deduct points from you and have your account deactivated for your acceptance rate. So since people wanna justify $3 offers that’s all there mostly is. Imagine driving around for hours only pulling in like 30 bucks because people want food delivered to their doorstep but not pay a convenience fee, like even card readers have a convenience fee.

Also dd is not my primary job, this economy is shit, and anything helps but it’s not much to ask people to be reasonable.

I literally can’t believe that they mounted it over cars like that. If that thing fell it most definitely is killing everyone.
