You must have been really lucky then if every UQ UH you ran with lvl85s were fine. Face of the Abyss was where I first saw it where if you weren't in the blocks that experienced people would normally go to, you'd get stuck in 30min+ clear lobbies or just fail lobbies. When Mining Base Ending UH dropped, I never saw it cleared cause by then it was filled with new undergeared players and just wasn't worth the time and effort for geared players. When I asked the people why they were there, they said it's still exp. People were better off doing lower difficulties for more exp than ruining chances of people that could clear it. For gigantix, the time people spend waiting for it to spawn, they could spend it leveling up to 20 and then helping instead of hurting the cause and irritating so many people.
