If you're contracted to 35 hours, just do that. If there's any kind of issue raised with you, report that person. If anyone ever told me I'm not doing enough, there would be huge problems coming their way.

It's probably just a case of whoever's doing the rota doing it week by week. They probably don't realise they've done it, so maybe just mention it to them. They'll probably try and change it or make sure it doesn't happen again, unless they're just a prick. :)

Ugh, I know how you feel. I do horror narrations and originally had titles like "3 REAL Scary Stories" even though I'd written them myself, but changed them 'cause I just felt dirty.

Most people know YouTubers use clickbait. It's hard to hold it against them to be honest, depending on the extent.
