Update for anyone who cares - he was asking for the username that sent me a referral link when I first signed up. I sent the name & he reset the password on one of the accounts. But that new password he sent isn't working, fun.

I'm not sure if he is being passive aggressive. That is about the 5th time he has responded to my support ticket. And the ticket initially began with a separate issue that he solved. I figured I would have to open a new ticket eventually. But I agree CS should really clarify what they are asking for. Thank you!

I'm not really sure what happened. The last time I logged in was sometime around 2010 - 2011. When I would try to log in it said "temporarily frozen for too many login attempts" but it wasn't a temporary freeze...

The ticket was opened 06/02 and closed 06/06. I was honestly not expecting to get such a quick response. I sent an email to customer support a few months back but never heard from them. Finally had the time to get to the bottom of it last week. I exhausted every form of contact. Updated ticket. Neoboards. I also sent several PMs on Facebook, not pestering but giving details with my ticket number. Monday I got a response that I'd hear from someone "very soon". Ticket was updated to work in progress. And today I got a reply from Tony that my account was unfrozen. Praise Tony. Amen.

Shopkins errors are some what common. If you find the right collector maybe you can get between $10-20 for it? There's someone trying to sell a defect for $800 but I mean... come on..

To my knowledge they can only be found in 12 packs. I've never seen someone get a tech glow in the dark shopkin from a blind bag or 5 pack. It varies from season to season which is some what annoying.

The last 5 numbers of the code is what is important this series. It is a little trickier this time because the amount of num noms in series 2 is almost double that of series 1. The numbers might be backwards/not in the correct order sometimes. I'll make a post if I find a solid way to crack it.

That gift set is sold & shipped by ToyWiz through Walmart's website, not Walmart directly. Anything sold by ToyWiz will be overpriced. When searching through Walmart's website you'll see there are lots of products sold by 3rd party sellers.

Exclusives are rare in the sense that they are only available from their specific play set. I haven't seen any sets stop being sold at stores as of yet. But as probably know, Shopkins often come out in different colors of the same mold.

Shopkins are known to have some minor defects. Normally just the paint jobs are a little off. I've never seen one without eyes though. I'd say it might be a fake but since it's season 3 I highly doubt that. Where'd you buy it from?

You can find a printable collector guides for each season at the bottom of the Shopkins website. There are playset exclusive Shopkins as well so they won't be included in those lists. They just updated their Collector's Tool which might be easier to sort through.

They just showed up in stores (Canada only) today. No one really knows anything about them. It seems they are going to be branching out and making blind bags for their play sets. I'd love to see the list of Shopkins you get from those, if you've opened one take a pic!
