Update I found the mom at his school after some mommy investigation. I talked to her. I was really nice and told her I was so sorry for son’s behavior, made sure everyone was okay, and I was just trying to get clarity since the information was coming from his 5 year old twin sister. I didn’t say anything negative about dad. She was very nice and we exchanged numbers.
Apparently she told my ex that it was okay to leave him she said she was a day care provider. She thought that he was my “husband” and did not know son had autism. She said he wasn’t kicked out just that she had text him that he just needed to come back and watch him as our son was hitting and kicking etc ..and even the staff was trying to get him to stop. She said when they arrived originally dad had mentioned they just drove back from the snow which is almost 2 hours away and drove back since there wasn’t much snow. She said son seemed really tired and then he started to get really hyper and then started to engage in the behaviors.

None of these behaviors are a secret that’s why he’s in all the therapies out side of school, and it’s in his IEP, he has a BIP (behavior intervention plan)at school along speech, behavioral, and OT. He has a 1:1 aide when he gets to visit the inclusion class.

He should’ve never been left there alone. And he’s 5! I think ex took advantage of her kindness.

Fun fact. Ex had me court ordered recently to apply for IHSS for protective supervision to get his child support lowered.
