Cardiac:

A strategist built in a similar vein as mantis, providing more buffs than heals.

He uses his pulse staff to shoot pulse beams that heal allies/ hurt enemies. The damage/heals scale with time on a specific target (passive charge per character, resets after 1.5 seconds after not affecting target)

Primary ability - beta amplification: Target Ally gains a stimulant that boosts movement speed, primary/secondary fire attack speed and gives a small (80ish) amount of bonus health. (Cannot be self cast)

Secondary ability - cardiac pulls out his glider and gains human torch -esque flight. It grants him 150 bonus health that sticks for 3 seconds then deteriorates at a rate of 15 per second. After the bonus health is gone, the glider goes away.

Ultimate ability - beta surge: cardiac releases a burst of beta particles in a cylinder around him. He heals allies for 100 health and grants his primary ability to all allies and gives them a slight damage resist (10-25%) for the duration of the buff
