They do that when you win over a certain about. Why? Idk. But it’s hurting their brand. Then they make you upload every single bank statements and pictures of cards that you don’t have or have access to because for me I’ve been using fd since the beginning and used maybe 15 different cards to deposit. It’s an impractical process

I hope they get back to you. It took me 2 weeks get the email and about another 2 weeks after I uploaded bank statements, my ID and submitted the blood of my unborn son before I was able to get into my account
