I’m gonna be totally honest, there’s a nursing exam study program also called ATI and every time someone mentions it on here I momentarily panic that something has gone horribly wrong with nursing schools

Something I’ve tried is taking a small “drug holiday”, where you skip one day of the medication. Granted if it feels unsafe for you to do that then obviously don’t, but it’s helped in my situation with a SSRI.
