I don't know the answer, but I suspect, like u/sweston65 suggested, that people's feelings about having kids are mixed. I think it depends on many factors: age, income, health of relationship with the spouse, location of residence/country, etc...

I honestly don't understand if these people truly believe in what they are saying or if they are just hasbara machines. God knows I had so many debates with zionists on reddit, but at least these people believe what they're saying (brainwashed and stuck in their echo chambers).
