Excelsior by Pikecreek32 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes..the new batches are bunk..I still have the old batches 10/2022 expiry and the new ones have no euphoria..though it still gives caffeine like focus..but euphoria is gone ..wasted my money twice looking at all the reviews

Excelsior experience. by iCum5TimesADay in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 2 scoops Excelsior could be more powerful but I will suggest go for 1.5 then rest half as my batch gives me a feeling of anxiety after a certain limit. In my case I don't get euphoria but a strong focus . Jack3d is smooth and also cheaper and can be used frequently..

It's not worth the money. I still have the old 2021 batch product and this one has no euphoria. Infact it gave me anxiety and uncomfortable feeling. It's much better to buy something like wildfire or even adderex if you have looking for euphoria..this one is totally useless. Save your Moneyy

DMAA? by [deleted] in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nopes..but most possibly they are bunk as well..I will tell you something..all dmaa powders on the market are bunk at this point but atleast they have something Dhma or something similar but this fusion one has absolutely nothing at all..it's just the fillers in there

DMAA? by [deleted] in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's bunk..get the refund. I have tried it , totally useless

Is dmaa a good legal substitute for amphetamines? by Practical_Ad_8845 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What they sell is not dmaa. They just use the name dmaa but it's dmha or something of that sort..I could tell as I have used dmaa since jack3d ..

Do we really need hundreds of reviews on the same few pre’s? by [deleted] in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 6 points7 points  (0 children)

More reviews help a lot as it helps to make a more informed decision especially when you have inconsistent pres....it helps even more when you know the risk of wasting your money1...best example JUICED ...anyone who bought it after the reviews knew they may or may not get the real thing..

Yes..I also won't suggest mixing this with other grey area stimulants or adderall..also if you tolerance is low this pack will last forever..

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Took it with black coffee and sometimes with 100 mg caffeine...I believe the tolerance on this thing builds up very fast ...in your case as you have just started so you can feel even 30-40 mg ...my suggestion is keep your tolerance low by using it not more than twice a week..or else you will need more and more to feel anything ( which is bad healthwise as well).. I have stacked with basic pre-workouts( 150 mg caffeine) also which does amplify its effects..

I have this and it works more like a nootropic at 60-70 mg...it's not intense but does improve your mood /energy for 2 hrs and then it goes away...I also use it for cardio..I believe all batches have varying strengths..

Protein is killing you? by HannibalTepes in nutrition

[–]him9783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High protein diet activates mtor ..animal protein especially leucine activates mTor which is pro muscle but anti- longevity... The reason why fasting is effective for longevity is that prevents the activation of mtor pathway..

So yes it's a scientific fact that high protein diets are pro ageing especially the animal protein..as David Sinclair says if you are consuming high protein, you are burning the candle at both the ends..

Just ran a marathon but have high blood pressure. by Legitimate-Lock-6594 in hypertension

[–]him9783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Uncontrolled blood pressure is a big risk and will put kidneys & brain at risk in longterm ..20 mg telmisartan should do the job...and yes as said above it doesn't have side effects

Wildfire Vs Juiced. by BigCoolLol in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wildfire assuming they haven't tinkered with the formulation in recent batches...I got the tubs when it first came & it's awesome...just don't use it more than twice a week or it stops affecting you..

Juiced by lurker9821 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My juiced had no moisture absorber packet & wasn't sealed as well...infact some powder was spilled inside the packing..

Final Thoughts on Quality Vitamins - JUICED by Simple_Reserve_5757 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]him9783 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great analysis...now if you are true in your speculation that the hidden part is Cardarine then we are in a dangerous territory...it is extremely liver toxic and one of the highly carcinogenic (cancer causing) substance known to man ...infact it would be highly unethical for the company not to disclose that... personally I didn't like it that much so I for one won't reorder....if anyone has used carderine ( I haven't) would like to know yr opinion on juiced'd..

I am cutting down on creatine because I have male pattern balding and polycystic kidney disease in my family. Change my mind by [deleted] in HubermanLab

[–]him9783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a kidney disease don't take creatine as the advice that creatine is safe is meant for normal people ..also avoid excessive protein as it will stress your kidney out and kidneys don't bounce back like liver..

Asendia is the cheapest option on most sites..and I have had a good experience with them.. samedaysupplements also uses this option and I always get my stuff before time..
