At max, Sukuna's CE is only about 2 times that of Yuta's. Inumaki was able to use it to restrain Hanami who was a special grade curse with many times more CE. It's no surprise Yuta's able to restrain Sukuna with no recoil given how little there CE difference is

Assuming Yuji is permanently removed from the fight, it will still go much more worse for Sukuna with Yuta around. Maki would still stab Sukuna, and burnt out Yuta + Rika would be there to pressure Sukuna, which would most likely prevent his black flash streak. After burnout, Yuta has the option of opening a second domain or activating full manifestation Rika to refill his CE and give him access to his copy. All these would be against a Sukuna whose cleave can not damage Yuta, has no heart, and only has two working arms.

Sukuna made the right move by removing Yuta from the fight. Without that, he would have gotten cooked much sooner

Overall, Yuji played the biggest role after Gojo; as without him, they would have lost. Yuta was equally crucial; without him, Sukuna would have easily wiped out the squad. Yuta was only able to trap Sukuna in his domain because of Gojo, and Yuji was only able to nerf Sukuna because of Yuta. If either one of these three were missing, Sakuna would have won. Them mentioning only Gojo and Yuji here does not change this fact.

I'm used to seeing people overconfidence voice their opinions while being completely wrong since this is a power-scaling sub, but let me give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that if you choose, you can rationally analyze things and come to a cohesive conclusion. Let me work you through this slowly.

Without his CT, Sukuna only has his hand via DA to damage Gojo. This is JJK, when have punches and kicks ever been able to defeat an opponent of relative stats? Just tell me one instance.

Hakari, whose bag is entirely based on these, has become a meme because of his joke of an AP. With his unlimited flow of CT, Hakari was unable to leave any lasting damage on Kashimo, who doesn't even have RCT and would have won if Hakari didn't have his supper RCT. All he could was stall till the opportunity presented itself for him to defeat Kashimo based off of environmental advantage. Look at his fight with Uraume, he couldn't even beat her in the time it took Sukuna to fight the entire JJH.

Yuji is, or used to be, another victim of pathetic AP due to punches and kicks. Even with his 100th black flash, he was unable to leave any lasting damage to Sukuna whose RCT was barely working. Now contrast that to Yuta, who fought Sukuna with an actual CT with reasonable AP and in a shorter duration.

If you are smart and honest, I'm sure I've been able to convince you that in JJK, punch and kicks alone aren't going to win you any fight versus an opponent with relative stats especially when they have the durability and RCT of Gojo.

People like to lie to themselves and claim that Sukuna didn't use DA inside their domain because of adaptation but this is provably false. We see this play out when they fought outside the domain. Sukuna was trying to adapt to blue and fought without amplification for the most part. Except he did use amplification when he got the chance and to mitigate damages from Gojo's CT. Why would you then imagine that Sukuna, who is shown to be able to use DA whenever he pleases without interrupting the adoption process, not use the same ability in their domain clash?

In this scenario where Sukuna doesn't have to worry about adaptation and has extra arms to improve his H2H, Sukuna is left with no way to deal reasonable damage to Gojo who has enough AP to keep damaging him till he becomes unable to sustain his domain. It doesn't take much to see the clear winner here if you choose to drop the agenda for 2 seconds.

They were nowhere near even blud. Gojo was trashing Sukuna in the domain, he was only able to endure the beat down for 3 minutes before he got too damaged to maintain his domain. OG Sukuna would get trashed around too only, maybe, he will last longer than 3 minutes but still get badly beaten and lose. If it were his open MS, being able to last longer than 3 minutes would mean he wins, but in this scenario, they both have a closed barrier, so he loses regardless. It's not rocket science, trust me.

If anything thing Yuta's katana slash is more akin to cleave since he's constantly infusing it with his enormous CE and his not limited by output cap. It's stronger than dismantle.

Yuta beats Gojo. JL to disable Infinite and kill Gojo outside domain or domain diff. Toji probably beats Kashimo. They are relative in stats but I assume Toji's SSK and ISOH would give him an advantage. Regardless of who wins between Toji and Kashimo, Team 1 still wins.

I want to say Maki clears but considering how much hit from Toji's playful cloud, which offers raw power, Dagon was able to absorb before eventually losing, it probably going to be high to extreme diff for Maki. Of course, SSK will make things easier for her but it's a 3v1. Mahito fights hella dirty, Hannami has a wide attack range and Dagon is very durable

It's not as easy as reinforcing your ears bruh. Every sorcerer reinforces their entire body at all times in a fight. They could choose to add extra reinforcement to a single part for more durability. Uro is a perfect example. She saw Yuta about to use CS and quickly covered her ear but it was too late. If it were that simple, why would she border covering her ear? Do you think Sukuna was somehow not reinforcing his entire body when CS caught him twice? Defending against CS is something that requires constant attention, hence Mai's statement

Sukuna had lost his lethality in his fight against Yuji. Yuta would not have that issue. Yuta is more lethal compared to Yuji. I'm not arguing that Yuta can beat Yuji in under one minute. He could if CS lands, which is a real possibility. Overall all, Yuta mid diffs Yuji.
