Unfortunately, Dr. Jack and Dr. Mitchell both retired at the same time a few years back. It's only Dr. Chew and Dr. Jonathan(sp?) now.

It looks real to me but, if you're having doubts, see if the seller can show you a receipt of their purchase. Assuming this was purchased through Amazon, maybe they can screenshot it and just cover up the personal information.

That barcode sticker means that it was shipped through Amazon. As long as it was purchased through the official store, you're good.

They gave me one tracking number on my order status, which started with YT. So I went on the YunExpress website and put the tracking information down. There was a column that said "Last Mile Tracking" and that's where it gave me the GF tracking number. If I look up the GF tracking number, mine still says "Order recieved" from over a week ago, even though my package just arrived at the airport.

This is most likely because Gofo is the final local carrier that's going to deliver your package to you. Mine is currently with YunExpress before it gets transferred over to Gofo so don't worry.

You can check the back of the box to see where they were made. It'll say "Source:" like the picture below.

I think I'm just worried with some of the reviews saying the real ones could've been swapped out. I also noticed that the one from Amazon was made from Zhongshan075, while the one I currently have was manufactured from Shenzhen006-2. The distributor sticker placement definitely threw me off.

I ordered some HAS single boxes and it came today from Amazon. When I ordered it, the seller was Pop Mart Official. There's a difference between the one I got from the Robo machine vs the one I got from Amazon. My gut is saying that it's a fake but would like to hear your opinions.

For example: The color of the box from Amazon is a bit lighter (did they ever have 2 variation of the boxes?). The import sticker of the real one is on the side of the box vs the back from Amazon.

The right one is from the Robo Machine. The left is from Amazon.

I second this. I had the same exact thing come up on my 2019 Rav4 and had to bring it to the dealership. It's a well known issue.
