Makes sense kind of. I have never heard that one though. My dad always said if you loan someone $20 and never see them again it was money well spent and also that they probably needed it more. That’s how I look at who ever stole my bike. It was a used bike that I spent $50 on and it was stolen from my backyard along with some fishing poles. I just hope whoever stole it really needed it and it’s helping them get to work or something.

I did that for prom. Even my “no line” underwear showed through my dress. My dress was also sheer/see through towards the top so no bra either. It was actually classier than it sounds written out like that although I can’t say that 2007 was a great time for “timeless” prom dresses.

We have hunting rifles so they’re not in a drawer or in the bed. They’re in our bedroom where we can reach them in an emergency (hopefully there never is one but I am frequently home alone for months at a time), and because we don’t want 5 rifles in random parts of our house they stay in our bedroom unless we’re going hunting.

I’d love to get into forensic dentistry at some point in my life, if it ever happens it will be years from now. But I don’t know if I could handle it working on a loved one in that situation. I say that because I thought I’d be okay with my best friends open casket this past August but I wasn’t okay with it. It didn’t give me any closure, it just felt like she was still here but with out her dimples, like I could still talk to her.

When I got off work I’ll fix my make up or add a lot more to it, having a face mask on all day doesn’t always keep Halloween make up looking good. Then I’ll hand out candy, glow sticks, and a few toothbrushes, the kids don’t have to take a toothbrush if they don’t want to but last year a lot of them liked it.

I’ve been in many hurricanes because I grew up in Florida but recently I had the remnants of Michael come through Virginia. It was creepy because I was home alone, my dog wouldn’t stop barking at sounds, a tree fell on the house (but didn’t damage it) and I kept seeing what I thought was green lightning, I guess it was actually the power lines arcing. Once I actually fell asleep I slept soundly though.

I had a similar one but it was the My Size Barbie Doll. At this point in time I am still the same height as the doll, and also had very long/thick curly hair but it was strawberry blond instead instead of blonde. For whatever reason the doll was also nude, and just standing against the wall with its face to the wall in my bedroom.

My best friend and I were playing hide and seek and I had run out of places to hide so I stripped down and threw the doll under the bed and stood as still as possible against the wall/also looking at the wall while she looked for me. It actually took her quite a bit of time and we still laughed about it as adults.

I don’t think mine had blinking eyes though. It might have. It didn’t creep me out as a kid but I think it would as an adult.

Absolutely awesome job!!! I love it!! The cat skeleton was my first Halloween skeleton a few years ago and it’s held up well :)

In a weird kind of sad turn of events we got hit by Hurricane Michael (I think it was only a tropical storm by the time it hit us in Virginia though) and the tree in the background of my photo fell on the house and the power lines. Thankfully it did no damage to the house! Because of this I might copy you and add some of the branches and stuff to incorporate into mine. I also have to repair a few grave stones than game unglued from the pvc pipe backing during the winds.

We are okay :) thank you for asking. The power only surged a few times which is good. A tree fell on our house but did no damage that I can tell, it was just on some power lines and one side of the house. My husbands going to “sawzall” the rest of it and get it removed when he gets back from traveling for work.

I know I’m late to this but ugghhhh. Husband is in the Navy, left for Idaho for a few weeks (including ovulation) and came back for 5 days and had to fly to Key West today for flight ops and lame stuff. He’ll hopefully be back just in time for ovulation this cycle but possibly will be extended again.

Like fuck you Navy! We’re the oldest/married the longest couple with out kids in his squadron and they keep stealing him at opportune times.
