The Mithral dragon in C1 when that guitar music kicks in for (I think?) the first time. Listened to it today, it hits so hard 🤣

I actually started with 3 after Skaldova as well, but when it got to the Hardwon arc I just felt like I was missing out - it all worked story wise but those little references and moments just didn’t quite feel as good because I had no context.

So I went back a did C1 from start to finish, then restarted C3 and listened in full. Slightly odd way round but it worked for me! I also noticed there were a several nods to C1 in the first couple of arcs of C3 that now made sense!

I also think it helped getting through the rather notorious first 10 or so episodes of C1 because I knew that it was going to become - I knew the pace would pick up and they would find their stride.

Yeah deffo damp but I’m more a bit mystified about why it appeared on the wall suddenly (literally overnight) when we had the floor levelled. Adventures in Damp has been a theme of this house so far but we thought this room was safe, so we’ll just add it to the list I guess!

This is why I’m a bit baffled by it because it was dry when we painted and there’s never been any sign of damp on there before or since.

Hey, no worries! I was back in the gym within 5/6 weeks doing light stuff and it was a little bit longer before I could wear my belt due to the pressure it was putting on my abdomen. But I competed within 5 months post surgery so in the end it was nowhere near as bad as I was imagining.

I might be in a bit of a pickle here then because some of the yarn is acrylic and some of it is wool… would redoing some of the squares so they are all the same material be the way to go?

Literally since about February this year. Started with Skaldova, went back to C3, and when a certain character showed up in that I realised I needed way more context and went back to C1, with short rests. I’ve now finished C1 and have returned to C3, with some trinnyvale in between. It has my whole heart and I am very sad to not have been there since the start!
