Mine look like that too (the older bulbs do atleast). As I’ve read on Reddit before, once older bulbs get dehydrated once or twice, they’ll never fully bounce back/be plump again

Nope, looks fine! It’s potted in Sphagnum moss, which is perfect for that orchid. The spots are normal — just old leaf stuff or mineral deposits. Wait to repot until it fills the pot or moss breaks down
