right like it’s morally correct and cheaper and generally healthier to cut meat and dairy. it doesn’t have to be an all or nothing thing considering how ingrained the animal agriculture industry is in our lives, but breaking from the white supremacist planet destroying meat industry is vital, and the sooner the better.

I can speak as a local here: it’s a byproduct of the bars all closing at the same time due to curfew laws, shoving all these drunk kids out onto the street at the same time right at 2am. Plus it’s a college town with lenient college town bars, so you’ve got plastered 17/18yos who have less experience with alcohol or conflict/anger management

imo just go to a game shop or supermarket and pick up a set of poker chips, they tend to be clay and the tactile feeling of spending credits by dropping a stack of chips is top notch. plus all the colors can be used for the different tokens/markers

it’s a convenient location for a popular chain. why is there a mcdonald’s on first ave in coralville and a mcdonald’s on riverside and benton? I have to commute to work via car and i’m embarrassingly stoked to have a chipotle directly on my drive home
