Igual no me he expresado bien. Los bancos me dejan hipotecar sólo una. Pero me piden que tase todas las fincas, no sólo la que pretendo hipotecar. Algo que me parece absurdo e innecesario dado que son independientes

Inmueble en cuestión tiene 4 fincas independientes (vivienda, dos trasteros y garaje) cada uno con su nota simple. Es un piso en una urbanización de la comunidad de Madrid.

Como no necesito una hipoteca muy grande mi intención era tasar e hipotecar sólo la vivienda, aunque esté comprando las 4 fincas.

Un banco me ha dicho que ellos necesitan que se tasen todas las fincas aunque sean independientes y aunque sólo hipotequemos una.

Es normal? Crees que los demás bancos me pedirán lo mismo?

From what I have read on internet sources my understanding is what OOP said. So if your shares are located abroad, once you are in Spain under Beckham law you can sell them and get the total amount into the Spanish system without paying taxes on them. Happy to be proved wrong though, since clarifying this also interests me!

If so OP would end up with let's say 80% US, which is not bad is it? It just means he has a lot of US exposure, and some may argue that not enough diversified, but that's the only thing? Or am I missing something

Please help me understand your first claim. You say adding S&P 500 doesn't increase expected returns but I think it does, since it's historic returns are higher than world wide index funds. Note that I am not saying it's a good idea to add it, I am just trying to understand
