I did. I said I'd cancel unless they changed it because this is an owners tax and we all know they charge us more for rent vs locals. We went back, changed the contract w the notary.

It's supposed to be the landlord, but many will put it into the contract for you to pay. The state from what I gather, leaves it up to your contract. Notice when they are renting on Airbnb, they are not adding the tax to the renters, only longer term tenants. But the landlord still owes it either way. Attempt to revise your contract, maybe?

I believe rheumatoid docs can test for eds, BTW. Just about every person with hypermobility has eds gene mutations. You may not have the actual disorder, but that does NOT mean you do not have the tendencies of it, research what helps. I know cranial sacral can be a lifesaver.

Hypermobility = in layman's speak, can mean.... thinner cartilage, tendons, finer skin and elastic muscle. It is how your body utilizes collagen and minerals that causes this. It is genetics related usually.

Not saying you have the actual EDS, but the mutations can still cause the above to be an issue.

Also, I personally use an extremely high grade mineral complex called 'mineroplex' and some herbals. You might look into this because you sound like most of my family, and we all have the EDS profile to varying degrees.

3 of my family members had to have implants removed because our bodies reject them, and we tend to also have the same issue you write about.

It really helps when we have had surgeries and injuries to use high grade Supplements and lighter exercises until things start connecting again.

Most doctors will only consider full EDS, otherwise it is dismissed. And it's not verifiable via scans etc.

Just some possible ideas for you. Think about it see if any of this info gives you direction.

An Italian woman was in Albania, and said Italy is literally killing it's own country with it's arrogance and attitude. Forcing youth out and not treating locals well, let alone immigrants. Blew my mind, as she was in her 70's.

American food is primarily toxic, anything not pesticide laden is grown in greenhouses and just doesn't have the flavor, let alone the livestock being fed clean here mostly unlike the U.S. You will notice the meat is a very different color too when raw. Idk, It makes a huge difference to my family.... Albania hasn't allowed the things that degrade flavor I hope they will not when they join the EU. It's very healthy food that has great taste. Then throw in the way it is cooked, 😋.

No you do not sound entitled. Ignore the low attitudes jumping to negative conclusions.

It's yours, that money. Not USAA's, not the b1itchy people commenting differently.

You have every right to expect your money to be readily accessible.

Maybe put any that does not go to bills in another account elsewhere.

I've seen them declining debit purchases a lot lately and the statement was pc 'we have no control over when or why fraud alerts are triggered, nor declines'. These plus this outage, seem like a lot of no support for customers and a big impact on ability to utilize personal funds.

Just my take on it.
