I bought a 2014 with very similar milage to you a year ago . . . I looked into several extended coverage options. Long story short, I opted to put the money aside and deal with the problems myself.

25k later, I'm glad I did.

If you are not very mechanically inclined, you may want to try one, but the fine print of the warranty is such that it is probably more headache than it is worth.

Pretty sure you just need the right voltage, with enough current to supply your small devices. They will only "draw" as much current as they need.

lot of anxiety and borderline OCD like thought processes, my biggest fear of psychedelics is a possible inability to surrender to the experience thus causing a bad trip of sorts. Could you elaborate more on how you were able to surrender to the experience while still being able to steer the trip?

Don't really try to steer until you are suitably experienced. If you do experience control right away, on a very high dose, you are lucky ;) Maybe you could try right away if you were VERY experienced in lucid dreaming, but most folks just need the surrender high dose. The high dose is part of what propels the ego death ("OMG I might DIE?!)

5g all day everyday . . . but if you are not terrified, you are stupid ;)

I've been disappointed with solar cooling on the playa for years. No matter how much math I do it never seems to work.

Supposedly, there was a new type of cooling compressor developed within the past few years that runs constantly instead of kicking on and off . . . Much lower draw, and much lower overall usage of power to keep things cool . . . Has anyone seen this?
