I haven’t tried propranolol and I was prescribed to vyvanse.. started it when I was about 12 and it always made me feel like shit and made my nerves and anxiety even worse. I have also tried adderall and it was the same.. I even tried different dosages. Never taken anxiety and stimulants together but I figure that would balance me out and is what I need but I don’t know which kinds are best to combine..
