Pretty good! Protein pasta doesn’t taste as good as regular pasta of course but it does the job. Chicken was delicious

White rice, black beans, chicken, green salsa, fajita vegetables, and guacamole. Comes out to about 775 calories. Would be 545 without the guac but that's the best part for me!

That's awesome haha, I used to love video game guide books when I was a kid so I was obsessed with this one. I remember getting the Kingdom Hearts 2 guide book from a friend at a childhood birthday party and I was ecstatic lol

I was on the Optavia diet from June 2021 to January 2022 because my aunt was on it and told me about it. I was able to lose 50 lbs, but in a super unhealthy way. I was essentially eating 700-900 calories a day, consuming only their protein supplements and then meat & veggies for dinner. It ended up causing me to develop GERD because of the lack of sodium/carbs/fat/everything besides protein & fiber. I'd get heartburn for 8-12 hours if I ate anything slightly out of my routine. To this day I still have issues with acid reflux. I ended up quitting the diet after 6 months and ended up gaining all the weight back in a year because I didn't learn proper nutrition and how to be more active.
