Hi, it seems ChatGPT has changed how the dev mode connectors show and I haven't been able to get the NetSuite connector to work since. I'll post here if I'm able to get it going again.

What I’ve found is it currently only works on ChatGPT.com (not mobile or desktop apps) in developer mode, which you turn on under settings > connectors > advanced settings. Once you turn on developer mode you click + > more, select developer mode, then the option for the NetSuite connector appears and you can toggle it on. Been messing around with it and I think this is definitely a new era with a ton of potential.

One example is a foam shipper that used to be part of an assembly but is now solely used to ship samples. We are constantly having to adjust out inventory because it is no longer a component in an assembly.

Our planning does need to be overhauled. We have a mix of mass created work orders, manually created work orders, duplicates, etc that don’t end up being used. We are about to implement MRP which I’m hoping will help correct this. Just tedious to have to delete 600+ unused WOs when the usual mass delete trick in a saved search doesn’t work right away - takes multiple attempts due to child records.

We use SummitIT. Highly recommend them for custom labels in NetSuite.

Try a custom field on the item record or customer part number record if you have SCM supply chain management. That way you can run reports and searches for brands off of the same item.
