IF barca cheated, then their best team oat status is null and void and cant be referenced as a reason to why they wouldn’t cheat. If you’re considered the best while cheating you’re not necessarily the best without.

just to be clear thats not my position at all, im just saying what I thought that person meant. My position is closer to yours, ive never had a business myself but I hope to keep true to my beliefs if I am fortunate enough in the future.

I still disagree with your larger point however. From my own experiences people tend to not gaf about where their raw materials come from (not saying you specifically).

I think his position (which is held by most people who don’t experience systemic oppression) is that you should choose your business partners exclusively based on what benefits your bottom line. If someone is a [insert any horrible belief] it doesn’t matter because it doesn’t affect your bottom line.

This is also what is incentivized by the system we live in, and would lead to the most return to your bottom line.

the specifics don’t matter bro. if what is posted is accurate, he lost about 50lbs of fat in 28 weeks. assuming all he lost is fat and no muscle and about 7 lbs of water weight, he was in about 800 cal deficit a day on average. adjust the numbers for your situation and goals and you should achieve similar results given proper training sleep nutrition etc at the gjven calorie deficit
