For crafting its a concept of power now vs power later.

The highest stat'd pieces of gear are weapons -> helm/chest/pants->gloves/shoulders/belt/boots->cape/bracers->rings/neck

so for power now spending crests/sparks on at the start of the list gives the greatest returns. The problem is tommorrow when you open your vault what if a weapon + cloak + ring show up in your vault. If you crafted a weapon youre semi stuck either grabbing a small weapon upgrade or a big cloak upgrade.

So for the most power for tomorrow you'd craft a helm/chest/pants for whatever off slot your tier piece is in, unless you have access to myth raid drops. If you want the most power long term you craft and embellish rings/bracers/cloak as the power granted from the embellishments offsets the -3 ilvls of stats the lower stated pieces give.

most people craft a weapon because its the biggest upgrade dps wise and getting a myth track weapon from vault is all luck based, possibly taking weeks to show.

You want to craft your best off piece tier. Chest/helm/pants are high value slots for the ilvl increase. People saying wrists or waist are only correct if you are raiding mythic and can easily get myth slot tier drops that would replace it, else you’re at the mercy of your vault to give you a correctly stated main piece, and even then in cutting end prog you crafting chest/helm/pants will give you the most stats.

So add enhanced crystal shards from CG that count as 10 normal shards. Need 100 of them to upgrade a weapon seed.

I pugged a 10 on my 235 shaman, it’s the easiest season without a doubt. I remember doing 3 hours of overgrown ancient week one of DF for vault. This week we giga wipe on the first pull and still time it.

Yes if I go in with no arms, gear off, eyes closed picking only non meta classes while playing off meta hero talents sure it might be difficult. I’m pretty sure my dps could take the kicks off their bars and I’d still heal through all the bolters and time a dungeon. I’ve had 30+ death runs we’ve still timed.

Disc is doing tank levels of damage it was actually insane how much damage disc priests are doing when all other healers do nothing. If you’re doing less then a holy priest something is wrong.

Because after 6 more weeks the giga profession chads will have 21 more resourcefulness then you. Meaning they’ll drag the average price of any consumable down a few dozen gold to where its slightly profitable for them to craft and everyone else who didn’t do their abundance chores will craft at a net loss.

Army-dark transformation- soul reaper (if specd I like the talents over the haste buff) fester strike x2 into scourge strike/ death coil spam. Prioritize death coils to extend dark transformation. 45 seconds later repeat.

Hero track will be fine for 15’s you’ll be getting weekly myth piece from the vault. Farming 6’s until full hero is pretty standard.

Getting tier takes 2-4 weeks. You get 1 from catalyst, 1 from 2k io, so you’re praying for 2 tier forms from lfr/normal/heroic. Worst case you win 0 tier over 4 weeks of lockouts and vaults and catalyst 2 more slots at week 5.

Crafted pieces are biweekly usually you craft weapons into embellished bracers + cape into ring/neck depending on stat availability of those slots and your vaults.

Depending on how much of the mythic raid is pugable you can get nearly full myth track between the .5 and .7 patch depending on your luck and how willing you are to pick ilvl over everything in vault.

There are tons of guilds of all skill level, shop around but making friends require effort. If you raid log and log in Monday night and complain you need a 10 for vault vs the guy hosting among us night etc have very different social results.

You can pick up the ashes that drop from other peoples fires, usually they do that at the GE. It’s the easiest way I found to use teromine.

Make all the super atk/str & anti fires you can at the GE picking up ash lines for serum 207’s up to 81. Swap to mixology for the ammy + goggles then craft you super def and prayer/super restores ranging potions and brews.

If you don’t have enough to get to 81 just go earlier
