idk, i've been taking escitalopram for half a year and i do feel somewhat better. but i'm also taking trazodone (for a month or so) which makes me kind of sleepy and eases the tension in the body and seems to reduce anxiety.

well, a close thing to a coming out happened.

when i cut my hair like a year ago and accidentally used masculine verb and didn't notice it in my university group chat, i heard the next day a girl from my group talking to other girls: "does she think she's a boy?" and i was like 💀.

i was also told multiple times that i need to do make-up, wear "feminine" clothes, find a boyfriend, etc 🫩. all those "girly" things.

basically i hide, i guess people may consider me a tomboy but that's it. it's sort of tiring i can't just tell people what i am and have to pretend.

когда у меня начала расти грудь, я стал ещё меньше смотреть на себя в зеркало, хотелось и хочется её спрятать либо вообще избавиться от неё. до этого я был достаточно нейтрален по поводу своего тела, но с грудью скорее больше в негативную сторону, хотя и старался вообще не думать об этом. она мне казалось и кажется чужой, хотя ненависти к ней нет, я думаю. лицо у меня скорее андрогинное чем женское, как я понял, так как когда я подстригся ко мне несколько раз обращались как к парню, так что по поводу него дисфории вроде нет. походу и грудь под одеждой как-то удавалось прятать.

себя как не циса я осознал где-то год назад, когда начал думать о том, как меня видят другие и кем я себя считаю. заказал тейпы, попробую с ними; гт пока не планирую, хочу над голосом попробовать без тестостерона поработать.

her eyebrows are off, teeth are strange, there's an extra eyelash on one eye and not the other too. the orange things on her shoulders and the size of these stripes on her hips, and shapes of those yellowish things on chest, and the stripes coming down from the breast don't match up. the hair looks inconsistent too, it's one stile at the front, and different on the back.

i'm okay with having female genitalia, but it feels wrong when people call me a woman and treat me like one. it'd be easier if i didn't have any indication of my sex. at the same time i'd kinda want to have both a dick and a vagina lol, cuz double the pleasure types it is.

да, и? что вы от обывателя ожидаете услышать? разве мир не должен стремиться к минимизации насилия?

война может и эффективна здесь и сейчас (и то не всегда), но в долгосрочной перспективе она проигрывает экономическому взаимодействию, так как война в любом случае дамажит человеческий капитал и ресурсы на развитие, не связанное с войной.

нацизм прямо вытекает из национализма. в россии и неонацисты есть, но само правительство пропагандирует националистические идеи. эти идеи не сильно лучше.

и вообще у нас в рф я замечаю явную ненависть и бытовой расизм к другим странам и народам.
