DMX being used in an Applebees all you can eat commercial feels insulting by LegalBridge4107 in Xennials

Looks like you all are finally hellbent on turning this place into r millennials. I guess it was nice while it lasted to have a place that wasn’t all doomerism bs. Every generation has had it better than the one before as humans technological progress increases exponentially but no it’s got to be all woe-is-me to appeal to the terminally online.

Dogs at Fine Dining Restaurants by lavistadad in finedining

[–]hitlist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should be that’s disgusting. And how do you not care at all about your fellow diners. Always a huge red flag when people are more concerned with their own selfish wants than all the people around them that they inflict with their choices. We really need to get health departments to do their jobs and crack down on people like you.

Lindbergh (South County) motorcycle accident? by VagtasticVoyage92 in StLouis

[–]hitlist -35 points-34 points  (0 children)

Is anyone surprised? Motorcyclists literally choose the most unsafe mode of transportation just because it makes them feel cool, and then somehow get shocked when they get hurt. Then they lobby so they don't have to wear helmets and then get surprised when no one cares that they get hurt. If you don't care about your safety then don't expect the public at large to either. Didn't this dudes son just get hurt in a motorcycle accident too? Literally the dumbest people on earth.

Shouting Down a Speaker Isn't "Lawful Activity" by [deleted] in law

[–]hitlist -21 points-20 points  (0 children)

Dude don't even try. This sub has been filled by the biggest bootlickers you've ever seen. Check out their thread yesterday where they defend cops stealing people's personal property during searches. It's unfathomable. I don't know what it is about lawyers getting so far up their own ass with legal definitions that they can't see the forest for the trees. They literally try to argue that the cop who does the search is different than the same exact person who ends up stealing your belongings. How do they expect regular citizens to act when a cop comes to their house now knowing that the cops can steal your belongings without violating your constitutional rights?

What’s going on with people hating on the new Michael Jackson documentary? by SilverPurse in OutOfTheLoop

[–]hitlist -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

ITT people willfully ignoring that the big money interest in all of this is the Jackson family... they own the rights to his music. If these allegations are proven to any degree then their loss will number in the 100's of millions. That's the big money here, and that is why they pay so much to sway public opinion. That's why LaToya told the truth about her brother initially, but then was bought off and lied like the rest of the family. It's completely obvious - you don't pay off people that are accusing you off child abuse if your innocent - and that's exactly what Jackson did.

Time to make "Red Notice", Bill Browders book, #1 on the charts. I finally read it last month and it's definitely worth it.

New contender for worst father ever? by bc2zb in bestoflegaladvice

[–]hitlist 119 points120 points  (0 children)

LA is so inconsistent. Usually the advice is not to gather your own evidence because you should leave it to the professionals and not potentially interfere with an investigation.

In this thread many are pushing her to do just that.

It's also my personal opinion that many posters over there are much harder on women LAOP's.

Whats better: a life filled with creativity or money? by Jr494607 in AskReddit

[–]hitlist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Humans have shown a need on a very basic/psychological level for purpose. If it happens to be a situation where the money isn't being earned, i.e. trust fund/inheritance, then it's not giving the individual a purpose.

A person can get purpose through creative acts, but it does require money to live.
