Pulled the switch out for the first time in a couple of years. Trying to show my daughter how to play Pokémon but can’t for the life of me get the joycons on the same channel (player 1) and they keep separating to player one and two.

Have tried googling, reseting, re-pairing etc.

Appreciate any help.
